Privacy Notice
In line with Data Protection Regulations, I am sharing the following information regarding how your data is protected
What information do I hold?
As a Healer, Counsellor and Homeopath in private practice, I collect the following information: Client/supervisee name, phone number, email address and postal address.
What do I do with your information?
The information you have given me when we contracted to work together is stored securely in my filing system, your phone number is stored on my mobile phone. My notes are handwritten only and and stored securely. Computer and phone records are password protected. Your information - including email addresses on my computer and numbers on my phone will be destroyed 5 years after our work together has come to an end.
Names and phone numbers of current clients and supervisee's are shared with my professional executor - this is in line with good practice within the profession. This person would contact you in the event of my being unable to contact you myself due to being unable to work. These details are destroyed or updated at the end of each month.
I will continue to use your phone number or email address to contact you regarding appointments and to reply to you if you make contact with me.
I have never shared your data with a third party and never would, unless you ask me to, or unless I am obliged to by a court of law. In this unlikely event, I would always inform you first.
